From a Small JB Team to a Trusted Name Across Johor Bahru

ShinePro JB started in 2015 with a simple idea — that every homeowner in Johor Bahru deserves a cleaning service they can genuinely trust. Not a company that sends a different stranger every week, uses harsh chemicals, or disappears when something goes wrong. We started with a small team of three cleaners serving a handful of homes in Skudai and Johor Bahru city. Over the next decade, word spread. Clients referred their neighbours, their family members, their colleagues. We grew steadily — never by cutting corners, always by earning trust one clean at a time.

Today, ShinePro JB serves over 2,000 homes and businesses across the full Johor Bahru district. Our team has grown to more than 20 trained cleaning professionals. Our services span residential general cleaning, hourly cleaning, spring cleaning, post renovation cleaning, deep cleaning, and full commercial contracts. 2015

JC Cleaning Founded

Founded by a small team of 3 with a simple mission — to provide reliable, professional cleaning for Johor Bahru homes. Our first clients were homeowners in Skudai and JB city who had struggled to find a consistent, trustworthy cleaning service. We served them well, and they told their friends.

2016

Rapid Growth Through Referrals

Within our first year, word-of-mouth referrals drove our client base to over 100 regular residential homes across Skudai, Ulu Tiram, and Johor Bahru city. We expanded our team to 8 cleaners and introduced our fortnightly and monthly subscription plans.

2017

Commercial Cleaning Launched

Responding to demand from our residential clients who also ran businesses, we launched our commercial and office cleaning services. Our first commercial contracts were small offices and retail outlets in Johor Bahru city centre, Skudai, and Iskandar Puteri.

2019

Post Renovation Cleaning Specialist Service Added

As Johor Bahru’s property renovation market grew, we developed a specialist post renovation cleaning capability with dedicated equipment and trained teams. This quickly became one of our most requested services across JB’s rapidly developing new residential areas.
